I have been using the Anabolic Cooking cookbook for a little over a month now. Here are some stats:

When I started I was weighing in at 197 lbs. Currently, I am weighing in at 203lbs. My muscles are growing and starting to show some nice definition! Body fat is around 10% (at least, according to my most resent calculation).

It’s not a secret, we all know that nutrition is directly responsible for more than 80% of our results. Following a strict diet is a huge part of any workout regimen. I personally have experimented with many different recipes and diet plans while working out with varying degrees of success. Recently, I discovered Anabolic cooking. It backs up a lot of what I had spent hours researching on the net, but also provides some truly unique, awesome and delicious recipes!

I’ve been going strong with this diet program for 2 weeks now, and already see an improvement in my physic! I highly recommend it! I will post updates regarding my progress as time goes on! :)
